Seva Bharat is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of request for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. We expect that all donors will exercise due diligence while making donations.
Donations made to our organization are considered final and non-refundable. As they are contributions towards our mission, they are generally not eligible for refunds.
In the event of an error in the donation amount, please contact us within a week of the donation date for resolution. We will review the circumstances and, if deemed appropriate, refund the excess amount.

We will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. We may also seek further information/documents and donor must co-operate in this regard. However, Seva Bharat is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly, if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
